The program

Seven modules, three movements, one manual.

Find out what is true about how you work now. Redesign the four decisions that agents changed. Then check whether any of it held. Each module ends in a written artifact, and the seven artifacts are the manual.

All 7 modules are readable while AOS is in draft. AOS is not open and nothing is for sale — there is no checkout, no waitlist and no email capture. A Cognithamus account is a separate thing and enrols you in nothing.

Find out what is true

One week recorded as it actually happens, before anything changes. Everything after this is measured against it.

Redesign the four decisions

Delegation, review, legibility and permission. Each is already decided by default; this is where the decision becomes deliberate and gets written down.

Check whether it held

Choose measurements that resist gaming, then run the baseline again under the new manual and write an honest verdict — including that nothing improved.

AOS Personal Operating Manual

A documented system for how you personally work with agents — specific to you, measured at both ends, and the only thing AOS promises you will leave with. Its chapters are the seven artifacts you produced.

    Produce the seven artifacts

    One per module, each about your own work. This is the program; everything else here is bookkeeping about it.

    Assemble the manual

    Available

    The seven artifacts in order are the AOS Personal Operating Manual. There is nothing further to make — assembling it is collecting what you already wrote.

  3. 03

    Reach a verdict

    Available

    Module 06 compares a week under the manual against your baseline. Concluding it did not help you completes the program exactly as much as concluding it did.

  4. 04

    Issue the record

    Available

    Confirm the seven artifacts and produce a record of completion you can print or keep. It is self-issued: it attests to what you state, because nobody here saw the work and could not have.

There is no grade, no pass mark and no review. Nobody reads your artifacts — there is no mechanism by which they could reach us — so completion is something you determine, and the certificate could only ever record that you said so.
