Cognithamus asks people to connect their source code to it. This role checks that the boundary is where the site says it is, before anyone’s repository is behind it.
The work
- Review the boundaries already built: passkey sign-in, the session gate, account deletion, and the split between the public site and the console.
- Audit the repository connection as it is built — what is requested from GitHub, what is read, and what is kept.
- Hold the published security claims to the code that enforces them.
Required
- A bachelor’s degree.
- The ability to read an unfamiliar codebase and say what it actually does, rather than what its documentation claims.
- A piece of your own security writing — an audit, a disclosure, a threat model, a fix. How you reasoned matters more than what you found.

This category sells adjectives — insight, alignment, velocity. Cognithamus sells a number it can defend, so you cannot reach for hype here. The honesty is the pitch, and the people who are good at this find that it helps rather than hinders.
The work
- Find the people for whom “only what we measured” is the reason to buy, and write to them specifically.
- Write copy held to the product’s own rule: every claim is one a reader could check and find true.
- Build the first outbound motion and instrument it, so what is working is traceable to something that happened.
Required
- A piece of writing that sold something real, with the outcome you can attribute to it.
- The ability to make a plain, true claim land — without turning the adjectives up.
- Enough technical literacy to explain what Cognithamus measures to a skeptical engineer, who is frequently the buyer.

The standard
