Cognithamus
Reads a repository and its history, and draws only what it measured — marking what it could not observe as absent rather than filling it in.
One brand, two layers
Cognithamus is the platform. XI — operational intelligence — is the product you operate it through. The split is structural rather than cosmetic: platform behaviour is true no matter who runs it, while everything specific to whose estate is being watched is kept separately and can be repointed without touching platform code.
The evidence rule
Every panel, dimension and number corresponds to a measurement. A dash means no source, never zero.
Every derived item carries the literal measurement it came from. Every reader reports its source, including when that source is unreachable or was never wired up. Facts the engine cannot place are counted and surfaced rather than dropped, because a picture that silently omits what it could not handle is worse than one that admits the omission.
What is not built
Cognithamus is early. Accounts and private workspaces are open; there is no hosted offering yet, and no pricing — the console admits registered operators of a single instance. Agent dispatch, meetings and shared memory exist as seams, not as running features: those queues are derived from telemetry rather than produced by a live agent. Where the site has no content for a section, it says so instead of filling the space.
