Nobody at Cognithamus read them — there is no mechanism by which they could — so the record below attests to what you state rather than to what anyone verified. That is a smaller claim than a certificate usually makes, and it is the one that is true.
It attests to one fact: that a person completed a defined body of work. It is not certification, expertise, professional qualification, accreditation, or verified ability, and the artifacts are not graded. It is self-issued — you state that you produced the seven artifacts, and nobody at Cognithamus saw them or could have. Nothing is stored, and there is no register to look it up in.
